Thank you for your responses Phoung!
First started corresponding with Phoung on tumblr back in 2010 as we both shot in black and white and had a love for literature. Think it was W. Eugene Smith who said he learned more about photography from the books he has read, art he has seen, and movies he has watched. And you can see the intellect in these photo responses. From the understanding of ups and downs in relationships visually represented by the curves of the fence, the Man Ray reference for favorite body part, and even the playful wit of the cheap cell phone picture with the filter that contrasts the seriousness of her actual work.
